Homemade bread? - top bread makers
OK, I am fresh bread in the former. I have a bread machine, so I do everything from scratch using the kneeding and equipment and everything. The question I have is, how can I get the cream to be bought as sweet? I am an ordinary bread and the top layer of hard and tough. Suggestions?

2 packages (EA 1/4oz.) Dry yeast
2 cups hot water
12-13 cups sifted flour

and some of them up .. smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place
Pour batter into a greased bowl, cover and keep warm place free from draft.
Let absorption, until doubled in volume, about 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
When light
divide into 4 equal portions and form into loaves. Place in greased
Pans. Sometimes I spray the inside of containers with sesame seeds.
Cover and let rise until doubled again, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Bake in oven 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce
Heat to 375 degrees and finished about 30 minutes to cook
If the bread too quickly Browns put the paper on the last 15 minutes
For a softer crust, brush bread with softened butter immediately after baking.
For a crispy crust, place a container of water on the floor of the oven during cooking or brush up on the bread with water.
I Brush the top of the mine with melted butter as soon as I emerged from the oven. It differs a little. And her husband loves the taste of butter beginning!
