I have a lot of sinus headaches. Usually have very bad at least twice a week. Because I (so many times that I take no medicine for them even if it works best) ibuprofen. I also take hot showers and goes outside into the fresh air, but they do not completely kill the pain and uaually only temporarily resolved. My headaches usually come back when you get rid of them completely. Has anyone a good (not medical) how to get rid of sinus headaches. Please help!
